At Ambalika, we constantly aspire to encourage student engagement for intellectual and personal growth and help students to clarify their educational and career goals. We continuously assist students in developing and implementing an educational plan and teach them to use resources and relationships to maximize their educational and personal potential. We have taken upon us to make each and every student at Ambalika an ambassador of perfection, a perfect amalgamation of modern outlook and ancient values systems making them the most sought after contributors in their areas of work and a responsible citizen of the nation. We give immense stress on Innovation and passion, for which there are well-equipped state of the art Robotic and CNC machine training facilities, science laboratories and excellent seminar hall equipped with latest audio visual facilities to give the students all the necessary thrust required.
Our collaboration with various industries across several branches has resulted in mutual benefits both for the students, as well for the industry. We encourage all private and government sector organizations to participate in the recruitment process towards the overall development of the students. It is a matter of honor to mention here that our placement process is a culmination of a strong training structure, which includes technical training, industry oriented trainings, aptitude, communication, soft skills/life skills training throughout the year. We have regular Campus Placements and our recruiters are , Accenture, Bajaj Motors, KP Reliable, Wipro, Infosys, KPMG, LinkedIn, Pep Coding, TCS to name a few. Guest lectures and industrial visits are organized periodically in order to expose the students to the competitive situations and practical realities. In order to provide a fair platform for interaction between candidates and employers, Ambalika organizes regular Pool Campus Placements.

To achieve 100% placement for students through dedication, attitude and complete involvement is our mission. Placement Cell arranges and coordinates various programmes that aims at molding the students so as to meet the industry expectations in career building and in turn bring laurels to the institution and the Cell endeavors to carry out successfully all the processes methodically throughout the year.
Campus Placement Policy
- It is mandatory for interested students to get registered with the placement department to take part in campus placement activities.
- One student One Offer is our placement policy. Exceptions to this rule, as below:
a) Placed students can appear for product based company with Higher Package as Dream Status Company.
b) Once the student is placed with a product/core based company, he/she will not be allowed to appear in any other company.
c) Students from Core branches placed in software companies will be allowed to appear in Core companies.
d)Students may get multiple offers due to non-disclosure of the result in time by the company
- Students are strictly not allowed to communicate with company officials. All queries should be routed through placement department only.
- Need based changes can be made in placement policy as and when required.
